Here’s an idea about how you can “short-circuit” your anger. It’s interesting. And considering that anger can be a real problem for folks with TBI, anything (reasonable) is worth considering.
The important thing is that you stop the downward slide into the rage. With me, once things start, it’s hard to stop myself from tipping over the edge. So, I use all the tricks I can get, to stop it from getting out of hand.
