The workouts are paying off.
I mowed my front yard in 30 minutes, this evening. Push mower — power, yes, but still push. And I had to go back over a bunch of spots a few times.
But still, 30 minutes.
It’s not just my strength and endurance that have improved. My thinking, also. I’m far less hesitant about the direction I want to mow, what angles to follow, whether or not to go back over a stretch.
It just all flowed – and on a Friday night, no less.
It’s good. And that’s one less chore I have for the rest of the weekend.
